1. ผู้ให้บริการ

2. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

การที่ท่านเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ resthdy.com หรือทำการจองที่พักผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้ ถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้แล้วทั้งหมด หากท่านไม่ยอมรับข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง โปรดงดใช้บริการ

3. บริการที่ให้

บริษัท ใจดีแน่ จำกัด ให้บริการที่พักภายใต้แบรนด์ดังนี้:

• Phuri Rich Resident Service — ที่พักบูติค 3 ห้อง ใจกลางเมืองหาดใหญ่ ห่าง Lee Garden Plaza 200 เมตร
• Jaidee Pool Villa — วิลล่าส่วนตัวพร้อมสระว่ายน้ำและสไลเดอร์ 15 เมตร ตำบลคอหงส์ หาดใหญ่

4. การจองและการยืนยัน

1. การจองผ่านเว็บไซต์เป็นเพียง การแสดงความประสงค์ ยังไม่ถือเป็นการจองที่สมบูรณ์
2. การจองจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อ แอดมินติดต่อยืนยันและท่านชำระเงินมัดจำแล้ว
3. ราคาที่แสดงในเว็บไซต์เป็น ราคาเริ่มต้น ราคาจริงอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงตามช่วงเทศกาล จำนวนคืน และบริการเสริม
4. ทางผู้ให้บริการจะยืนยันการจองภายใน 2-4 ชั่วโมง หลังได้รับข้อมูล

5. การชำระเงินและการคืนเงิน

5.1 การชำระเงิน

• มัดจำ: 50% ของยอดรวม เพื่อยืนยันการจอง
• ส่วนที่เหลือ: ชำระในวันเช็คอิน
• วิธีชำระ: โอนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารที่แอดมินแจ้ง / QR PromptPay

5.2 นโยบายยกเลิก

5.3 เหตุสุดวิสัย (Force Majeure)

กรณีเกิดภัยพิบัติ โรคระบาด หรือคำสั่งทางราชการที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ ผู้ให้บริการจะพิจารณาคืนเงินหรือเลื่อนวันเข้าพักให้เป็นรายกรณี

6. กฎระเบียบในการเข้าพัก

6.1 เวลาเช็คอิน-เช็คเอาท์

• Check-in: 15:00 น. เป็นต้นไป
• Check-out: ก่อน 12:00 น.
• Late check-out คิดเพิ่ม 50% ของราคา/คืน

6.2 ข้อปฏิบัติ

• กรุณานำบัตรประชาชน/Passport มาแสดงในวันเช็คอิน
• ผู้เข้าพักต้องอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป หรือมีผู้ปกครองร่วมเข้าพัก
• จำนวนผู้เข้าพักต้องไม่เกินที่ระบุในการจอง
• งดเสียงดังหลัง 22:00 น.

6.3 ข้อห้าม

7. ความเสียหายและความรับผิดชอบ

• ผู้เข้าพักต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายที่เกิดจากความประมาทหรือเจตนา
• ผู้ให้บริการอาจเรียกเก็บเงินมัดจำเพิ่มเติม 2,000-5,000 บาท ก่อนเช็คอิน (คืนหลังเช็คเอาท์)
• ผู้ให้บริการ ไม่รับผิดชอบ ต่อทรัพย์สินมีค่าที่สูญหายภายในที่พัก กรุณาเก็บในตู้นิรภัย

8. การใช้สระว่ายน้ำและสไลเดอร์ (เฉพาะ Jaidee Pool Villa)

• ใช้งานในเวลา 08:00-21:00 น.
• เด็กต้องมีผู้ปกครองดูแลตลอดเวลา ผู้ให้บริการไม่มี Lifeguard ประจำ
• ห้ามดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในสระ
• ห้ามกระโดดลงสระจากที่สูงนอกเหนือจากสไลเดอร์
• ผู้เข้าพักรับผิดชอบความปลอดภัยของตนเอง

9. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เนื้อหา รูปภาพ โลโก้ และวัสดุทั้งหมดในเว็บไซต์ resthdy.com เป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัท ใจดีแน่ จำกัด ห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

10. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ผู้ให้บริการรับผิดชอบความเสียหายจำกัดไม่เกินยอดเงินที่ผู้เข้าพักชำระสำหรับการจองนั้น ๆ และไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม เช่น การยกเลิกเที่ยวบิน ค่าเสียโอกาส

11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจศาลจังหวัดสงขลา

12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

ผู้ให้บริการสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเมื่อใดก็ได้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะมีผลทันทีเมื่อโพสต์บนเว็บไซต์

By accessing resthdy.com or making a booking through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Services Provided

• Phuri Rich Resident Service — 3 boutique suites in Hat Yai city center, 200m from Lee Garden Plaza
• Jaidee Pool Villa — private villa with pool and 15m slide, Korhong, Hat Yai

4. Booking and Confirmation

1. Online booking is an expression of interest, not a confirmed reservation
2. Booking is confirmed only when our admin contacts you and deposit is received
3. Prices displayed are starting prices; actual prices may vary by season, nights, and add-ons
4. We confirm bookings within 2-4 hours of receiving your request

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Payment

• Deposit: 50% of total to confirm booking
• Balance: due on check-in
• Methods: bank transfer / PromptPay QR

5.2 Cancellation Policy

5.3 Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders preventing stay, refunds or rescheduling will be considered case-by-case.

6. House Rules

6.1 Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: before 12:00
• Late check-out: 50% additional charge per night

6.2 Requirements

• Valid ID/passport required at check-in
• Guests must be 18+ or accompanied by parent/guardian
• Number of guests must not exceed booking
• Quiet hours after 22:00

6.3 Prohibitions

7. Damages and Liability

• Guests are liable for damages caused by negligence or intent
• Provider may request a damage deposit of 2,000-5,000 THB before check-in (refunded after)
• Provider is not liable for lost valuables; please use safe deposit

8. Pool & Slide Use (Jaidee Pool Villa only)

• Hours: 08:00-21:00
• Children must be supervised. No lifeguard on duty
• No alcohol in pool
• No jumping from elevated areas except slide
• Guests use pool at own risk

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and materials on resthdy.com are property of Jaidee Nae Co., Ltd. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. Provider is not liable for indirect damages such as flight cancellations or loss of opportunity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Songkhla Provincial Court.

12. Changes

Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the website.
